Cookie Confidant currently provides Cookie Delivery service for the Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Due to high-demand, and in an effort to fulfill all of our orders in a timely manner we have decided to set the expectation for fulfillment of all orders with a 2 - 3 day turn around. Standard home delivery fee is a flat rate of $12 for all of Houston and surrounding areas. We offer an expedited home delivery option for $39.99 for same day expedited delivery service up to 12PM the same day. You will receive a text message from a delivery driver prior to your order being delivered. There are also certain times of the year which are busier than others - Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, and Summer. We ask you to be patient with us while we are delivering your cookies. If for any reason you do not receive your cookies when you expected it just means we are giving your order some extra special LOVE to ensure your cookies are perfect when we deliver them to you. If we were to speed up operations any faster to deliver on time during peak times of the year we would sacrifice on cookie quality, look and taste, and the Cookie Confidant will NEVER sacrifice on quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we can only do it if we work together.
