We use FEDEX Ground for shipping your cookies., and they will be shipped 2 - 4 days after placing your order. We meticulously handcraft and decorate each cookie and seal each cookie in separate food safe BPA-free cellophane wrappers.  We also delicately wrap each dozen cookies with bubble wrap so your cookies do not get crushed after they are shipped.  We guarantee only the best quality and freshness after you receive your shipped cookies.

After we ship the cookies, we cannot guarantee delivery on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather. If you have any concerns after receiving your cookies, please contact us.  Our recommendation is always for you to pre-order your cookies in advance.
